RE 101 - Real Estate Principles

Students will be able to identify basic real estate processes.

Students will able to compare and contrast how real estate principles relate to each other.

Students will be able to identify and define common real estate terms.

Students will be able to use Nevada's real estate agency disclosure and confirmation forms.

RE 103 - Real Estate Law and Practice

Students will able to identify important real estate laws and principles.

Students will be able to identify Nevada real estate law in statutes, regulations, and codes of ethics.

Students will be able to apply relevant Nevada real estate law.

Students will be able to correctly complete common contract forms.

RE 198 - Special Topics in Real Estate
